My name is Sandy Dow and I am a long-time resident of Coquitlam BC, Canada, where I live with my husband, teenagers, and pets.
After finding myself mentally and physically depleted several years ago, I left my job and embarked upon a life transition to explore a path that was closer to the essence of who I was. At that time I started training in floral design and quickly learned that working creatively with flowers provided me with not only a peaceful healing environment, but a wonderful sense of balance that had been missing from my life.
I subsequently began a hands-on education in the areas of alternative health and living, which comprised the study of Shamanism and various energy therapies. Working in health care for over 20 years left me with an awareness that patients were not only dealing with their physical issues, but were also often struggling emotionally and spiritually.
| Sandy has been instrumental in helping me maintain my mental, emotional and physical well being as I have lived through a particularly painful and challenging life experience over the last year. Her approach is intuitive, compassionate and very respectful. She draws from a variety of modalities and is skilled in assisting and supporting people with great sensitivity, through their healing journey. PJ, Vancouver |
As I applied what I was learning to my own way of living, I became aware that my real desire was to support others who also might be looking for ways to help themselves feel more peaceful and connected.
I have since put my exploration of various healing modalities into practice by offering sessions that incorporate my different services for both individuals and groups.
My own personal learning and evolution never stops, as the people I work with are also my greatest teachers and inspiration.
