Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is an energy therapy that involves tapping on acupressure points on the body, which causes a shift of energy that can release negative emotions, pain, and fear. It has been successful with a wide range of emotional, health, and performance issues.

I often use a body-centred method of EFT as a tool to explore where the body is storing these emotions; this process often illuminates the aspects of ourselves that we struggle with. Also a powerful tool for performance or goal setting, EFT allows a release of the limiting beliefs we can impose on ourselves and provides an opportunity for new experiences.

Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT)
TAT is a gentle method of energy healing, which is used to release the emotional charge around a troubling situation. It involves holding specific areas on the head while focussing attention on a series of verbal cues. People can feel a profound sense of relaxation as well as a noticable release from their charged emotional state after using this technique.

Bodytalk Access
Bodytalk Access is an energy medicine that works with the body’s own innate wisdom to maintain health and ward off illness. It helps support hydration of the body, balances the nervous system, strengthens the immune system, and helps to relax the mind and body.

I use Bodytalk Access in a session with clients presenting with physical challenges; it can be used before a session for calming and centring; and after a session to help integrate the energy work we’ve just done.
